JS-Lagoonmixer

The standard system for mixing manure storage, circulate with a lobe pump, has insufficient capacity for the larger foil lagoons. The JS-Lagoonmixer is especially developed for foil lagoons. The mixer blades are placed into a frame to protect the floating cover. The frame is equipped with an adjustable nozzle, which can be operated from the top of the dyke. Standard length of the mixer is 6 or 9 meters. But other lengths are possible.

Installation

The mixer can be placed in every lagoon. On the bottom and on the top of the dyke a concrete slab is placed to fix the mixer. To protect the foil, a layer of velt will be placed under the concrete slab. A ramp, on which the tractor can stand, is build against the dyke. Length of the ramp is depending on the height of the dyke.
